Arizona authorities in 1902 reported 22 train robberies in the territory. Lawmen, including the Arizona Rangers rounded up and shot down more than a few, including one bad man named Tom King who was killed in a holdup on the border south of Tombstone. When it came time for burial Mr. King turned out to be a woman, identified as Flora Quick, alias Flora Mundis, Chinese Dot. She evidently started her own gang around Clifton. There were clues to her sex on Tom King’s reward circular: figure is “faultless.” No doubt.
