Little Arch Clement.

Little Arch Clement was just 18 when he took command of a Confederate guerilla unit upon the death of Bloody Bill Anderson.  In February 1866—with the war over—he led a bank raid in Liberty, Missouri; Jesse James was one of his riders.  The group then flexed political power on election day in November when they took over the town of Lexington, Missouri.  They intimidated Republican candidates and voters so much that Democrats swept the offices.  Clement was gunned down a month later.
