Attorney Will McLaury was the older brother of Frank and Tom, two of the Cowboys killed at the OK Corral. He assisted out with the prosecution of the Earps and Doc Holliday, but he was so emotionally involved that he was more hindrance than help. And It’s no wonder.

He had lost more than his brothers. Less than three months before, his wife Lona died, leaving him to raise three young children on his own. He was in mourning for three people close to him while trying to participate in a major trial.
