Tricia Loscher, PhD, Museum Curator Dr. Tricia Loscher is assistant museum director and chief curator at Western Spirit: Scottsdale’s Museum of the West. She has taught contemporary art and non-Western art history courses at Arizona, Oklahoma and overseas universities.
