Chilean filmmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky is no stranger to Westerns; lines formed around the block to watch his psycho-surreal Spaghetti Western El Topo (1970). Now he’s making King Shot, a “metaphysical Spaghetti Western.” We’ve been told that musician Marilyn Manson, Nick Nolte, Udo Kier and Asia Argento are in the cast, and that David Lynch will co-produce. With luck and some solid financing, the 80-year-old director may get to paint his final masterpiece.
