Rules for Inmates: You will not be allowed to converse with each other on any subject whatever. Conversation is allowed only when you work out of doors and only in relation to the work you are performing. You will not hold any conversation with visitors unless they are accompanied by either the warden or one of the guards. You will be required to keep your cell clean and in perfect order and each morning, fold your bedding and place it on the head of your bed. You will air and dust
