8. Boot Hill Museum (Dodge City, Kansas) Any museum that sponsors an annual “Testicle Festival” has to be honored. As part of Dodge City Days, the Bull Fry and Bash serves up Rocky Mountain oysters each July. Yet there’s more going on down reconstructed Front Street than just can-can dancers and calf fries.
